We are a friendly, local accountancy firm, co-owned by partners and Chartered Certified Accountants, Brian Warneford (FCA, FCCA) and Geoffrey Jacobs (FCCA).

 

Established in Uxbridge in 1978, our practice offers you quality accountancy, tax and business advice. We work with private limited companies, as well as groups and subsidiaries of foreign companies, partnerships, the self-employed, and private tax payers.

Over the 30 plus years we have been in business, we have built up a strong reputation for developing close, personal relationships with our clients to fully understand their specific needs. Our specialisms

We offer accountancy, tax services and business advice to a wide range of clients, from individuals and small enterprises, to multi-million pound businesses. Our clients include distributors of pharmaceuticals to health organisations in the UK, Europe and the US. Brian currently acts as a Financial Director to a pharmaceutical company. Both Geoffrey and Brian can fulfill that role for start-ups and growing small to medium businesses (SMEs).
